6th Annual AIT International meet tonight
The 6th annual Athlone International Grand Prix Athletics meeting will take place at the AIT Indoor Arena tonight.
A top class field across a range of disciplines will be taking part and there will be an attempt on the Indoor Mile record by World 1500 meters Samuel Tefera of Ethiopia.
Ciara Mageean will attempt to break the Irish 3000 meters record and she is looking forward to return to distance that she hasn't run that often:
The doors are open at 6.30pm. All seats have been sold and there are a few standing only tickets left.
