The Portlaoise AC runner retained her senior title on Sunday, finishing ahead of Kate and Breda McDonald who finished second and third for Ballyroan Abbeyleix and District AC.
And it was the Ballyroan/Abbeyleix club that claimed gold in the team competition thanks to a fourth place finish for Niamh McDonald, and 13th for Kelcy Hooper.
The men's contest was taken by St Abban's man Cian Kelly.
Kelly took the top step ahead of Colin Maher of Ballyfin AC in second, with the podium being completed by Jack McMahon from Ballyroan Abbeyleix and District.
St Abban's landed the team competition with six of their athletes making the top 10, and 12 making the top 20.
