McCarthy Wins Another All Ireland Title

The midlands handball legend bagged his fifth 40x20 title on Sunday.

The Gael Linn Cup is coming back to Westmeath after another Robbie McCarthy Jnr win.

Clare's Diarmaid Nash was the opposition for the 40x20 final in Kingscourt Cavan on Sunday.

The banner man was looking for his second Senior Championship win, but McCarthy cruised to a 9-1 lead in game one, and saw it through 21-10.

Game two went the way of the Mullingar man 21-12, and that sealed a 16th All Ireland title, and his fifth senior singles 40x20 championship.
