McLaren Drivers To Take Pay Cut

McLaren are the first team to ask some of their workforce to take an enforced absence

McLaren Formula One drivers Lando Norris and Carlos Sainz are to take a pay cut while some staff will be placed on furlough during the coronavirus crisis.

The duo volunteered to take the same rate of reduction as other members at the company when they were informed about the measures.

McLaren are the first team to ask some of their workforce to take an enforced absence saying they're necessary to "protect jobs in the short term".
