The All Ireland winner has one more year left as chairperson of Offaly GAA.
Offaly GAA Chairperson Michael Duignan enjoyed a productive county board convention meeting last night.
The Durrow man saw off competition from Dolores Slevin to win election to represent Offaly on the GAA's Central Council.

The majority of the county board were re-elected unopposed at the meeting with the exception of the election of Leinster Council representatives.
These seats will be filled by Ciaran Groom of Bracknagh and Crinkill's Declan Ward saw off competition from Clara man Alex Roe.
