Midlands Counties Suffer Camogie Defeat To Ulster Opposition

There were wins over the weekend for Derry, Down, and Cavan.

It was a chastening weekend for the midlands counties in the Very Camogie Leagues over the weekend.

In division 1B Offaly were beaten by Down by 0-13 to 0-9.

Westmeath lost to Derry in division 2A where it finished 1-9 to 0-7.

And Cavan ran out 2-6 winners over Laois who slotted ten scores, all of which were points.

Offaly next have Antrim this weekend, Laois will host Derry, and Westmeath take on Meath.
