Laois, Offaly, Westmeath and Kildare are playing for two spots in the provincial quarter-finals.
All three midlands counties are in knockout minor hurling competition this weekend.
Offaly, who have yet to lose a game in their Leinster campaign meet Laois in the Faithful Fields in their preliminary quarter final at 5.30pm on Saturday evening.
Laois were well beaten in their opening game against Kildare but followed that with back to back wins over both Kerry and Carlow.
Offaly were three point winners over Meath, before beating Antrim by two goals to set up a table-topping meeting with Westmeath.
Their five point winning margin set up this weekend's meeting with Laois.
While Westmeath travel to Manguard Park to take on Kildare at 4pm on the same day.
Kildare proved to be the class of Group Two in Tier Two winning all three games including a comfortable victory over Laois.
Westmeath's sole defeat in this campaign came last time out.
All four sides are playing for a place in the quarter-finals against the bottom two sides from Tier One.
