Midlands Players Named In Ireland Squad For Showdown With Scotland

Michael Milne and Darragh Murray are named on the bench for Andy Farrell's side.

Ireland head coach Andy Farrell has named his side for Saturday's Six Nations match against Scotland. 

Josh Van Der Flier comes in for Nick Timoney, with Jack Conan named in the back-row. 

Tom O’Toole retains his place at loosehead prop, with Dan Sheehan replacing Ronan Kelleher at hooker. 

Tadhg Beirne is in the second-row partnering Joe McCarthy, while Jacob Stockdale retains his position on the wing. 

Caelan Doris captains the side. 

Offaly's Michael Milne and former Buccaneers player Darragh Murray are named in the reserves.

Bundee Aki returns to the matchday squad.
