Ronan Loughnane, Oisin McCormack and Shane Jennings all impressed last Friday.
Buccaneers and Birr will both be represented in the Ireland Six Nations U20 squad again later today.
Ronan Loughnane, Oisin McCormack and Shane Jennings all start consecutive games despite head coach Richie Murphy making six changes from the side that trounced Scotland.
The half-back partnership and both props are both rotated with Chris Cosgrove coming into the left wing and Sligo's Donnacha Byrne is selected at Blindside flanker.
The second game of the re-scheduled competition begins at 8pm in Cardiff Arms Park and can be watched on the Six Nations Youtube channel.
