It was a mixed night for the midland counties in the Leinster Minor Football Championship Quarter finals last night.
Starting with Offay who emerged 4-11 to 2-14 winners over Meath in Navan.
A late goal from Paddy Burns and a two pointer from Jack Ryan secured The Faithful County's position in next weeks semi final.
However , despite a strong comeback Westmeath were unable to join them, after Dickie Geoghegan team suffered a four point defeat to Louth on a 3-16 to 3-12 scoreline.
