Mary Mulhare has been crowned the senior women's cross country champion in Laois.
The Portlaoise runner finished ahead a pair of St Abban's runners in Barrowhouse.
Cheryl Nolan and Caitlin McDonald were second and third respectively to help claim team gold.
Mulhare was last seen running in the green singlet for Ireland at the European Cross Country Championships in Belgium where she finished 39th.
There was further success for St Abban's, who were hosting the Laois championships, in the men's senior race.
Jack Fenlon took gold for the club, with his team mate Cian Kelly coming home in second, with Jack McMahon from Abbeyleix and District in third for bronze.
