The two sides will meet in Leah Victoria Park in Tullamore this Sunday, with as they aim to end their season's on a high.
Mullingar Athletic are two time winners of this competition, but are without success since 2013, while Clonaslee United are looking to win their first cup.
Clonaslee overcame Inny FC, Longford Rovers, Gracefield FC and Rosenallis to reach the final, with Mullingar Athletic taking down Willow Park, Portlaoise, Clara Town and Mountmellick United along the way.
