The Irish Cross Country team is determined to keep working after their latest outing at the European Cross Country Championships last weekend.
The senior men were led home by Mullingar Harrier, and the 2023 National Cross Country Champion, Cormac Dalton in 21st.
While Cork runner Niamh Allen made her Euro Cross debut to finish 11th in the women's senior race.
She was followed by home by a midlands trio of team mates in Cheryl Nolan of St Abban's, Mary Mulhare of Portaloise AC, and Daniel Donegan from the Tullamore Harriers.
