Ballinamere Durrow stayed within touching distance of their opponents throughout.
Naomh Ciaran are champions of Offaly once again.
Last year's title holders saw off the challenge of Ballinamere Durrow on final score line of 3-16 to 1-13 in Bretland Park yesterday.
It was a first senior county final in ladies football for Ballinamere Durrow after making the semi-finals last year, despite only being promoted from the Intermediate grade in 2022.
The result reflects relatively well on the beaten finalists, after they shipped a 6-14 to 0-12 loss when the clubs met last month.
Much of the damage was done in the first half, where Naomh Ciaran scored 1-8 to their opponents 0-4, before going on to edge the second half to retain their Offaly crown.
