Offaly's senior champions will meet Kilmacud Crokes in the decider in just under two weeks.
Reaching the Leinster Senior Football Final is generating a "great buzz" around Naomh Ciaran, according to their manager Tom Browne.
The Offaly champions secured their spot in this year's decider following their 1-20 to 3-06 win over Longford Slashers in the semi final on Sunday.
They will now take on Kilmacud Crokes on November 11th hoping to win a first ever provincial title at senior level.
