A win for SETU Waterford secures the Portlaoise side from relegation.
It's make or break time for the Portlaoise Panthers in the missquote.ie Super League and they won't be playing.
The Laois club will secure their status in the country's top flight if University of Galway Mystics fail to beat SETU Waterford Wildcats.
The Panthers will be hoping for a re-run of the last time the two sides met with the Wildcats running out 27 point winners.
If the Mystics manage to pull off a victory, it will put the Panthers in to a relegation play-off with Swords Thunder.
Portlaoise Panthers coach Peter O'Sullivan reflects on his side's last round against The Address UCC Glanmire, and the possibility of staying up in the elite division of the game with Midlands 103's David Hollywood:
The Mystics are at home to the Wildcats for a 4pm tip-off on Saturday.
