Earlier this week, the current chairman Billy Foley announced he would not be seeking to return for another term having been in the position for three years.
Clubs have had the last few days to mull over potential candidates and put them forward, with a final decision to be made at the next meeting.
The position of PRO will also be filled on the day, with Donie Malone also stepping aside following this season.
