In Group A, Offaly need to avoid defeat against Wicklow in Clara to secure one of the two quarter-final spots on offer.
Laois have already qualified from Group D, but can secure top spot when they host Tyrone at MW Hire O'Moore Park in Portlaoise.
Both games throw-in at 2pm on Sunday.
