Both counties will compete in the Intermediate grade this summer.
Offaly and Laois get their All-Ireland Intermediate Ladies Football Championship campaigns underway this Sunday.
In Group D, Laois will travel to Sligo to take on the home county at the Eastern Harps GAA grounds in Keash.
That group also includes Tyrone.
In Group A, Offaly start with a trip to Enniscorthy on Sunday to face Wexford.
Leitrim face Wicklow in the other game in that group.
All games throw in at 2pm, and the top two teams in each group advance to the quarter-finals.
