Both counties secured impressive semi-final wins on Saturday.
Offaly and Laois will be getting preparations underway this week for a rare meeting in the Leinster Minor Hurling Final.
Laois beat Kilkenny 1-15 to 0-15 in Portlaoise on Saturday, while Offaly had a bit more to spare when beating Dublin 3-18 to 1-15 in Tullamore.
The final will be played next Monday evening, with the time and venue of O'Moore Park or O'Connor Park to be confirmed by coin toss later today.
Meanwhile, the Leinster Under 20 Hurling Final takes place later today in Carlow, where Kilkenny take on Wexford at 7.30pm
