The new season gets underway on Friday week.
Offaly teenager Becky Watkins has been name checked as one of the players to watch in this season's Women's National League.
The 18-year-old has moved from Peamount to Wexford for the upcoming season after making 18 appearances and scoring 3 goals there last season.
Another young local player Della Doherty from Portarlington is also being talked up in league circles.
Their team-mate in the South-East, Laois' Kylie Murphy has been impressed with their impact:
I'm really excited about Becky getting game time and seeing what she's like and what she's made of, but I have seen her in one or two sessions and I've been very, very impressed.
Obviously you have the likes of Lauren (Dwyer) who is incredible and I think Della Doherty after getting a full season under her belt, she's going to come into her own.
There's also the likes of Ellen (Molloy) and Aoibheann (Clancy) too. They're all just incredible.
The WNL gets underway on March 5th.
