Sponsors Electric Ireland announced the fifteen names this afternoon.
Two players from Offaly and Westmeath have been rewarded for consistently excellent performances in the 2020 minor hurling championship.
Eamon Cunneen of Raharney is selected at centre field alongside Liam Leen of Galway.
Cunneen played a key role as the lake county stunned Dublin to reach the last four in Leinster before falling to defeat against Offaly.
Lochlann Quinn a @birrclg man was @Offaly_GAA’s lucky charm throughout their run to the Leinster final, and his tally of 1-6 in the loss to Kilkenny was a sign of his ability under pressure pic.twitter.com/uSODFVkj1S

Meanwhile Lochlann Quinn of Birr and Offaly is chosen in the half-forward line with Adam English and Billy Drennan from Limerick and Kilkenny.
Much like his fellow all-star Eamonn Cunneen, the Birr man was pivitol as the Faithful reached the Leinster decider against Kilkenny and even in defeat, Quinn managed to register 1-6 on the scoreboard.
No mean feat for any man against a very talented cats side.
