Offaly Chairperson Michael Duignan is preaching patience heading into next season.

Patience will be the watchword from Offaly GAA Chairperson Michael Duignan when it comes to the county's football next year.

The faithful county has enjoyed significant success in the under 20 and minor grades of both foobtall and hurling in recent years.

The senior sides have found things more difficult however with the footballers finishing last season a distant second best to Westmeath in the Tailteann Cup semi-final.
