The Faithful County forward previews Offaly's championship opener against Longford this weekend.

The Offaly footballers are in good spirits ahead of their Championship opener this weekend against Longford.

The Faithful County have had to deal with losing their manager midway through their league campaign, after the tragic sudden passing of Liam Kearns.

Their campaign for promotion from Division Three of the league came down to the final weekend when they were badly beaten by Down in Glenisk O'Connor Park.
