The four clubs will play a re-run of their final group stage round from earlier in the month.
Offaly best camogie clubs will be experiencing a sense of deja vu this weekend.
The senior club championship semi-final has pitted Kilcormac Killoughey against St Cillian's, and Birr against Shinrone.
The two fixtures are an exact repeat of the final round of group games in this year's competition.
Birr, the defending champions, are looking for a third consecutive title.
They take on an Shinrone side that were two points better in that group phase contest.
St Cillian's meanwhile will be fancied to progress against KK, after a 2-12 to 1-6 win over the same opposition earlier this month.
