Shamrocks are rewarded for topping their group with a date against Ballycommon.
While Rhode, beaten by Tullamore on Sunday, will face last year's beaten finalists Ferbane, and Edenderry take on Bracknagh.

Shamrocks or Ballycommon v Ferbane or Rhode
Tullamore were 0-8 to 0-5 winners over Rhode yesterday, Durrow got their first win of the campaign, beating Shamrocks 2-12 to 1-7, Edenderry played out a 2-5 to 1-8 draw with Ferbane, and Bracknagh beat Ballycommon 1-12 to 0-7.
