Offaly SHC: Belmont And Shinrone Clash In Birr

The two sides are unbeaten in this year's championships so far.

Shinrone and Belmont clash this weekend in group two in the Offaly Senior Hurling Championship. 

Both sides come into this game still unbeaten and with their places secured in the knockout stages.

Victory for either side could set them up for a first place finish. 

Midlands 103 commentator Brian Gavin thinks the two sides are evenly matched. 

He says it’s a tough one to call:

In the other group two game, champions Kilcormac Killoughey host Kinnitty on Sunday with throw in from 3:30pm in Kilcormac.

Meanwhile, Birr welcome Tullamore to St Brendan's Park this evening with throw in at 6:45pm.
