Mark Morkan's side secured a 4-18 to 0-22 win, with DJ McLoughlin scoring two goals, alongside Donal Morkan and captain Killian Sampson.
They will now face Kilcormac Killoughey in the decider, which will be the third time the two side's will clash in an Offaly final.
