Ireland head coach Andy Farrell could hand first caps to two players against Fiji on Saturday.
Offaly's Cormac Izuchukwu and Former under-20 captain Gus McCarthy are being tipped to start this weekend.
Farrell will name his team this afternoon, with Sam Prendergast set to be picked at out-half while Bundee Aki could return in midfield alongside Robbie Henshaw.
Jamie Osbourne is likely to be picked at full-back with Munster's Craig Casey partnering Prendergast in the half-backs.
Prendergast earned his first cap when he came off the bench in last weekend's win against Argentina, and he's likely to be handed the 10 shirt when Andy Farrell reveals his side to face Fiji later today.
