Offaly's eight Olympians and Paralympians were honoured at a civic ceremony in Tullamore last night.
Shane Lowry, Grainne Walsh, Jordan Conroy, Megan Burns, Megan Armitage, Josephine Healion, Nicole Turner, and Darragh Kenny were recognised for their acheivement in representing the Faithful County at the Games in Paris over the summer.

She says any struggles she had will be worth it if she can inspire younger people.
Walsh talks to Midlands 103's David Hollywood about being honoured:
Jordan Conroy and Megan Burns starred in Ireland's Sevens teams at the Olympics.
