The Laois club welcome the newly promoted Trinity Meteors to St Mary's Hall for their first round tie on the weekend of the third and fourth of November.
The winner of that game will have home advantage against St Paul's in the quarter-finals.
The other quarter-final ties for the Paudie O'Connor Cup are as follows:
Liffey Celtics host Fr. Matthews, and UCC Glanmire travel to Killester.
While the winner of Gurranabraher Brunell and SETU Waterford Wildcats will play University of Galway Mystics.
Those games will be run off on the weekend of the seventh and eighth of December.

The Panthers have been drawn to face Moycullen in Galway on the first weekend of November.
With the winners playing away against either Killarney Cougars or Drogheda Wolves in the last eight in December.
