Both counties are under new management heading in to 2024.

Justin McNulty and Laois GAA have announced their starting 15 for their meeting with Offaly in tomorrow's O'Byrne Cup opener.

St Joseph's trio Cormac Murphy, Mark barry, and Brian Daly make up 50 per cent of the forward line.

They're joined in the front six by Clonaslee's Niall Corbet, Fionn Holland for O'Dempsey's, and Graiguecullen man Brian Byrne.

Meanhwile Declan Kelly has named Lee Pearson as this year's captain of the county's senior footballers.

The Edenderry man was a defensive corner stone of the Offaly under 20 All Ireland winning team.

Pearson has been named to start against Laois in tomorrow's game.

He's joined in the full back line by David Dempsey of Ballycommon and Ballinagar's Diarmuid Finneran.
