The Heritage Hotel will play host to the book launch on Sunday.
A book celebrating the 50th anniversary of Portarlington Rugby Club is set to be launched in Laois this weekend.
"Portarlington Rugby Club 50 Years of History" chronicles the club's journey from its formation in 1974, through a revolution brough about by the successful introduction of youth section rugby, up to the club's most current and recent history.
The launch is taking place at the Heritage Hotel, in Killenard, Laois on Sunday at 5pm.
