The Laois side were beaten 89-57 by Neptune, with Pharrell Osagie scoring 27 points and Sean Noonan helping himself to 21 points for the Cork side.
Panthers trailed 50-28 at half time and despite Desmond Ogedegbe finishing with a personal tally of 14 points, it wasn't enough for his side to claw the game back.
Neptune will now take on Titans BC in the decider.
