The reigning cup champions will begin their defense against Limerick Celtics.
Portlaoise Panthers will play Limerick Celtics to begin their defense of the Women's Division One National Cup.
That will be in the second round of the competition after both sides received a bye in last night's draw.
Meanwhile the men's team have been paired with McGowans Tolka Rovers in the opening round of the President's Cup.
Winner's of the President's Cup in 2019 Tradehouse Central Ballincollig weren't in the draw following their promotion for the Super League, leaving the door open for a new winner in 2020.
