Portlaoise Panthers Suffer Defeat In Women's Super League

Brooke Kane, Destinee Bursch and Sorcha Tiernan led the scoring for Liffey.

Portlaoise Panthers suffered another defeat in the Women's Super League over the weekend. 

The Laois side fell to an 82-73 loss away to Liffey Celtics on Saturday evening, as they remain in ninth position. 

Lynn Tunnah was the highest scorer for the Panthers with 26, while Christiana Ojide Boiko added 20 points. 

They return to action this weekend at home in St Mary's Hall to Trinity Meteors.
