Clear victory makes Portlaoise first side to qualify for knockouts.
Portlaoise have booked their place in the Laois Senior Football Championship quarter final.
Last year's beaten finalists were 2-9 to 1-5 winners over Courtwood at MW Hire O'Moore Park last night.

Tomorrow there's three games to look forward to, Clonaslee St Manmans v Ballylinan, Ballyroan Abbey v St Jospeh's, and Stradbally v Graiguecullen.
