Laois couldn't get out of Division Four this year but managed to beat Wexford last time out.
Ross Munnelly is backing Laois to throw down the gauntlet against Dublin this weekend.
The former O'Moore County star believes Dublin might be at least a few weeks from their planned peak.
While Munnelly says he observed a fit and skilful Laois team in their Leinster Championship first round victory over Wexford.
He tells David Hollywood that Billy Sheehan's team can get at the Dublin defence:
