Laois will meet Offaly in the group phase of their Tailteann Cup campaign.
The draws for the Sam Maguire All Ireland series, and Tailteann Cup have been made.
16 teams including Westmeath will battle it out for Sam, with Laois and Offaly entering the Tailteann Cup.
Division Three side Westmeath joined the All Ireland series as a result of their winning the inaugural Tailteann Cup last year.
Offaly were one game away from making the Sam Maguire series but lost their provincial semi final in extra time to Louth.
Laois narrowly missed out on promotion from Division Four this year before beating Wexford, and losing their Leinster quarter final to Dublin.
