Both sides have already met in the group phase of the competition with Rynagh's coming out on top by a point.
The champions are yet to lose a game this year after coming through their group undefeated and getting the better of Birr at the semi-final stage.
Shinrone, on the other hand, suffered one point losses to Birr and their opponents this weekend before beating Lusmagh/Drumcullen and then securing an extra-time win over St. Cillian's to reach the final.
