The Lake County are preparing to take on Clare.
Consistency and continuity is helping the Westmeath footballers hit the ground running at the start of the season according to their All-Star nominee, Ronan O'Toole.
The Loman's forward hit two points in Tullamore as his side ran out four point winners in their opening league contest against Offaly.
The result stands in contrast to their opening day defeat to Cavan last year.
Westmeath's management team has remained stable this year and the county has kept nearly all of their most experienced campaigners.
O'Toole tells David Hollywood they're determined to start the season well:
Dessie Dolan's side welcome Clare to Cusack Park on Sunday for a 2pm throw-in.
