Dundalk's opposition analyst takes over from John Delaney.
Current Dundalk opposition analyst Shane Keegan has agreed to take charge of Rathdowney-Errill in 2021.
The former Portlaoise, Galway FC and Wexford FC boss takes over from John Delaney who'd been at the helm for three seasons.
Keegan will be aided in the role by former Kilkenny hurler Kevin Power and Rathdowney native Eoin Fitzpatrick.
The club exited the Laois Senior Hurling Championship at the semi-final stage in 2020 after lifting the trophy the previous year so will be hopeful that an injection of fresh ideas can prove the perfect tonic.
