It's the fourth time the Clara man has achieved this on the PGA Tour.
Shane Lowry produced a moment of magic during his final round at the Houston Open.
The Offaly man finished joint 28th on seven under par, but did manage to hit a hole in one at the par three second hole at Memorial Park.
It's Lowry's fourth ace on the PGA Tour after recording notable ones at the Masters, Sawgrass and Pebble Beach.
American Gary Woodland was the overall winner on 21 under par.
