Shane Lowry Returns To Action In Mexico This Afternoon

He is looking to end a 27 month run without picking up a trophy.

Shane Lowry returns to action this afternoon at the World Wide Technology Championship in Mexico. 

He plays alongside Tyrell Hatton and Martin Laird at 12:50pm Irish time.

The former Open Champion has been playing very consistently in the last number of months, notching up 12 finishes inside the top-25 across the last eight months. 

It's seen him maintain his position in the world's top 50 (42) and earn a spot at the recent Ryder Cup, where he again gave a solid showing in defeat for Europe. 

After a couple of weeks break and spending some time with his newly born daughter, the Clara man will be refreshed and ready to get back on the course. 

Seamus Power and Graeme McDowell are also in the field this week.
