The Ryston club legend carded a -14 score to win the event in Stackallen Pitch and Putt club in Meath this weekend by three shots from Mary Murray of Rocklodge the club in Cork.
Sheedy's win is her 11th main national title success when her strokeplay and and matchplay titles are added up.
The Newbridge clubwoman is third on the all time list behind both Ger Ward with 24, and Clare Keating with 14 titles.
