Over 70 female boxers from across Europe will compete in the midlands to mark the occasion.
Over 70 female boxers from eight different nations are converging on the midlands for the anniversary of a local boxing club.
St Brigid's Boxing Club in Edenderry will host an International Female Round Robin Tournament next weekend to celebrate the club's 90th anniversary.
The competition will feature fighters from Italy, France, Denmark, Netherlands, Portugal, England, Poland and Ireland.
The event gets underway at 4:30pm on Friday December 1st and will run until Sunday December 3rd.
