Champions St Cillian's had a 2-14 to 0-09 win over Kilcormac Killoughey to seal top spot in group two, while Tullamore were 2-15 to 1-7 winners over St Rynaghs.
In the semi-finals, Birr will take on Kilcormac Killoughey, with St Cillian's facing Shinrone.
