St Joseph's are the new Champions of Laois football after they overcame Portlaoise at Laois Hire O'Moore Park yesterday.
It was a tight game with no more than a point between the sides from the start until the finish.
A final scoreline of 7 points to 6 meant that Joesph's were crowned Laois Senior Football Champions for the first time in 23 years.

Dempsey's charges now go to Eire Óg of Carlow next Saturday night in the Leinster Senior Football Championship.
