The Tullamore man secured his spot after winning the Amateur Championship in Liverpool over the weekend.
Grehan saw off the challenge of World Number One Matt Moloney to seal the win.
The win earns Grehan a place in the 2026 The Open Championship next month, along with invitations to the 2027 Masters Tournament and 2027 U.S. Open.
