The Ballyfin man first took over the Laois ladies footballers in the spring.
Laois ladies football manager Stephen Duff says the abundance of talent in the county was part of his decision to stay on in 2025.
The Ballyfin man took over last spring following the O'Moore county's relegation to Division 3.
He was in charge for the Leinster and All-Ireland campaigns, in which the side dropped to the intermediate grade following defeat to Kildare in the senior relegation playoff.
Looking ahead to the new season, Duff believes he is blessed with the quality of the players he has at his disposal:
The Laois county board executive also confirmed the managers for the ladies underage squads.
Adrian Slevin will take charge of the minor side.
While Shane Hennessey and Pauric Phelan will co-manage the U16s.
Shanahoe's Phil Ryan will manage the U14s team.
